Warranty & Repair Policy
If any defects in workmanship or material appear, Linden offers for each piece purchased from authorized retailers, an international limited warranty covering manufacturing and material defect under normal use for the period of one year, commencing
from the date of purchase. Every piece found to be defective under this warranty will be at Aevari's discretion either repaired, pending repair feasibility and availability of parts, or replaced or substituted with a new piece of comparable value. Linden's
warranty shall not apply to any goods which have been, in our opinion, subject to abuse, modification, attempted repair, negligence, misuse, normal wear and tear or an accident. The warranty and all associated services thereto are sole and exclusive.
However, indispensable legal rights of the final consumer under applicable national legislation governing the sale of consumer goods are not affected by the guarantee. In no event shall Aevari be liable for any other damages occurring from Linden's goods.
We offer for the entire range of branded products purchased from authorized Linden retailers a repair service for damages not covered by the terms of Linden's Warranty Policy. This service is offered by Linden upon request and is not free of charge.
Repair charges are based on the extent of the damage and are determined individually.
Please note that Linden grants repair service only if repair is feasible according to the following guidelines, this means:
· it has to be possible to bring the piece back to its original pristine condition
· necessary spare parts for the repair are available
· the product has not been subject to misuse or attempted repairs
To request our Repair Service, please bring the damaged article in its original package to the next authorized retailer who will check repair feasibility. Upon agreement, the damaged article will be sent to the Aevari Repair Center.
